In 2018, just before Christmas, I decided to get a Ball Python. I made the mistake of just posting that I was looking for one in a Ball Python group and was immediately swarmed with messages and photos of Ball Pythons. Many were cute but one stood out, a small Coral Glow/Banana who was full of personality. My boyfriend at the time, who wasn't fond of snakes, picked him up and drove from the Toronto Area. It was my first time ever holding a snake on my own. I remember holding him very gingerly, and when the lid to his bin suddenly shifted I jumped and accidentally dropped him on his back! Fortunately it was a short fall, and he doesn't seem to be holding a grudge.
